Shipping & Returns

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free all over Australia. We use Australia Post express with signature.
  • How long does it take to get my order?

    If you place your order before 2PM on weekdays, we will ship the same day using Australia Post express with signature. It will then depend on Australia post to deliver the order to you. You will receive a tracking number after we have dispatched your order using which you can track your order.
  • Is Pick up available?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup.
  • Can i return the device if i change my mind?

    We provide 30 days return policy for change of mind. Please ensure, the device is in the same condition as we sent with accessories and box. We will deduct 15% re-stocking fee for change of mind. We will deny the refund if the condition of the device is not the same as we sent.

Warranty Info

  • How does your warranty process work?

    If there are any issues with the phone and it is still under warranty with us, you need to make a warranty claim with us and send the phone back to us. Please make sure you sign out of icloud account on your phone and turn 'Find my Phone' off by going to icloud.com .

    After we have received your phone, we will replicate the issue you have described and repair the phone with genuine parts. If parts are not available at the time or we could not repair the phone we will provide you with another phone of the same grade.

  • How do i make a warranty claim?

    If you need to make a warranty claim, please make sure you have a warranty left on your phone. You can check if you still have a warranty left by checking on the warranty card you received with our phone. You should then contact us via e-mail or phone to make your warranty claim.
  • How long will a warranty process take?

    The warranty process will normally take 2-3 business days after we receive your phone.
